1. What are the Hospital hours?

Appointments are seen on a scheduled basis only.  The hours available for appointments vary depending on the doctors travel and speaking engagement schedule.  Please call the appointment line at 314-567-4131 for current availability.

2.  What is the location of the hospital?

Veterinary Behavior Consultations currently sees appointments in the Animal Skin Clinic which is located at 11148 Olive Blvd in St Louis.

3. Do I need to have an appointment?

Yes, patients are seen by appointment only.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, Mastercard and Visa

5. Can I make payments?

Payment is required at the time of service.

6. What is the cost for a consultation?

The cost of the consultation will vary depending on what behavioral problems your pet is displaying.  Our appointment line staff can discuss specifics when you call.

7.  What is the length of a consultation?

Initial consultations may take anywhere from 2-3 hours, depending on the depth of pathology for your pet's behavioral problems.  During this time, an in depth history will be obtained, a diagnosis made, and a treatment plan outlined and discussed in detail.  Please plan your time accordingly.  Due to the length of appointments, it may not be suitable to bring young children.

8.  What is included in my consultation fee?

Your initial consultation fee includes the appointment, treatment plan and three months of weekly phone follow-up with our veterinarians to discuss progress.
