Appointment Policy

Veterinary Behavior Consultations is a referral practice providing specialized veterinary behavior care for companion animals.  Patients are seen on an appointment-only basis.  If you wish to make an appointment for us to see your pets, please call us at (314) 567-4131.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice in order to avoid a fee for a missed appointment.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.

Due to the nature of cases that we see, our patients may be extremely aggressive or uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. Although we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable, we ask you to properly restrain your pet. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
